After once having 3 lines with PP, I'm now ready to port out my last line. Why? Called this past Thursday and Friday about mid day here in California..both days approximately 25-35 calls and could NOT get through. Tried connecting via my phone on the PP refill number and when prompted to the credit card part, call drops. Seriously, this is the absolute worst company in any industry that I have had the misfortune of trying to reach c/s. Rant over...port time.
Likes and dislikes of ST $30. month plan w/flat 1000 mins. or TMobile $49. plan w/1000 anytime mins/unlimited txt, unlimited nights/weekends, talk/text. Both are no contract plans. My area shows strong signal strength for both. Am I correct that ST runs on Verizon towers? I do like TMobile phones (Samsung Gravity), but have seen mixed reviews on the ST Samsung R451. Guess I'm asking is TMo worth the extra $20. a month? Or is ST decent bang for the buck with c/s service on par with TMo?
