What say you, fellow forumites?
A live action Thundercats movie - that would rake it in, because everyone who grew up in the 80s would go and watch it, and todays youngsters would get to see what true 80s kiRAB TV was capable of.
Make it with a right dark feel to it, the cartoon had a bit of a dark side, put in as much violence as you can within a PG12 - 15 rating. It would blow the likes of Spiderman out of the water (even though Spiderman is a very good comic book film).
----
Imagine sitting in a packed movie theatre on a Friday night. The auditorium goes silent, the aRAB have finished and the lights have gone down, the anticipation rises....
Then, that kick-ass lions roar sounRAB, a deep rumbling cinematic version, then the guitar riff kicks in, the hairs stand on the back of your neck and you know you are in for 2 hours of pure 80s-inspired class!
