So you admit here to having mis-stated your assertion, which is sweet of you I suppose, but you're still way off with what you say. Sodium is a pretty crucial component of the human diet, and salt is a great way to get plenty. Salt has a wide variety of medicinal applications. As mentioned before, it's an exemplary preservative for meats. And so forth.

You're a fucking worthless ideologue. Your position on the bailouts proved that once and for all.

The point was to point how ridiculous it is to say you should just grow all of your own food.

"government experts"; the term is an oxymoron.

Anyone truly competent works in the private sector.

Exactly!

Do you notice the language they use these days? It's basically "we want to ban X to help people make healthier decisions."

How is that helping someone make a decision? It sounds more like you're trying to make the decision for them!

you're right, it is.

because without even trying, I filled my kitchen with foods that don't have any of the shit you're bitching about being in our foods.

Their product is unhealthy yet they try to fight back. That's what's wrong.

Nothing is done about tobacco?

Salt is the root of some of the problems. Attack the root. Nothing pointless about that.

The state of NY is trying to pass laws legislating the amount of salt that can be used in Restaurants.

So to answer your question, which liberals?
NY liberals.

Here is an article:

Don't have a 2' x 2' place where you can grow a few tomatoes?

Can't find bread anywhere?

Can't find unprepared poultry?

What makes you think you're entitled to any of those things anyway?

I doubt your ability to grasp, let alone articulate, my position on the bailouts.

Not that I can be bothered to give a shit about your puerile opinion, you obamanuts-swinging child. Probably better duck out of this thread and copypasta another article into a new thread.

No doubt. This is a common joke now with comedians. If you weigh 170 and the fat bastard next to you weighs 250 shouldn't you be able to carry an extra 80lbs of luggage in the same space as you are now on top of the luggage he is allowed to carry? Extreme example but it's not really fair that I have to pay more for fuel and have increased restrictions on my baggage because I choose to keep myself fit.

I was going to fly home a larger alabaster statue from Luxor with me but couldn't afford the insane price increase for the weight. Meanwhile, I'm sitting in a plane full of fat British tourists. Any of which are probably 50lbs heavier than me and paid the same for a ticket.

Passenger airplanes are limited by size, not weight. So unless you wanted to sit on the bags or something, it wouldn't be the same.
