You transfer 1.0 ml of your original sample into 99.0 ml of media. You continue this same dilution pattern for 3 more transfers. You transfer 50 µl of your last dilution onto a plate. After 24 hours of incubation, you observe 7 colonies on the last plate. What would be the theoretical OD of your stock culture?
