My cousin has some exchange students and one is from Paris. I wanted to know what's the culture like for teens there, I know they can drink and they party but is it normal for them to travel all over the world every summer like this particular exchange student? I don't know what the urban culture is like there, but I'm really curious. She doesnt speak english at all so I can't ask her these questions she just goes WHAT??? and I feel bad for asking. All I know is that she's rich cause she travels everywhere, pretty and privileged. She listens to old rock n roll like ac/dc. Like, I just wonder how life is there compared to here in California. I even had the audacity to ask if it was inappropriate to speak french in france if you hardly know any french (cause I hear they are easily offended) but she shrugged. I just wanted a peek into her world since theres a huge language boundary. I find it funny cause I'm SO curious with foreigners and am always interested in their world so even if they dont get me I mime or act out what I'm asking cause I want a freaking answer lol
