The White Stripes

I can do minimalism, and I certainly enjoy music outside of metal.

I do find the comment about not understanding feeling to be rather interesting. I won't take offense to it, but I will outright say you're wrong on so many levels. The first thing to understand is that all music has feeling to some degree, even metal. Just because you don't relate to the feeling of metal doesn't make it without feeling. Likewise, I just don't relate to the feeling of The White Stripes. Please do explain what the feeling behind stolen riRAB and purposefully simplistic structures for the sake of being musically accessible is.
 
Nothing, I was just making sure I got the question right...sometimes I'm slow.;) Anyhoo, they're pure rock and roll man. What other categories were you thinking about?
 
I find most of the riRAB recycled, this doesn't bother me though cuz I listen to about twenty different banRAB that use the same recycled Ramones riRAB
 
downloaded icky thump today on utorrent. WELL... what can i say about this? Its experimental and a further progression first off. Yet it also has that classic stripes element to it. i think its immense. Better than get behind me satan and on par with elephant.. whilst perhaps not being as good as white blood cells. though it has this classic feel to it, i dont think its comparable to their first two albums. ALL IN ALL... 8/10.
 
The White Stripes are the one and only best rockers ever. I have all four of their CRAB.
I don't care what you people say, Meg White is such a good drummer.
