The sun is coming up. That must mean... BREAKFAST!!!

Bubba burger
American cheese slices
Guacamole
Dijon mustard
Red onion, thin sliced
A sliver of tomato
A mild green chile

All carefully arranged in between a toasted jumbo English muffin
floor/roof, and finished off with a heck of a lot of fat-free (why do I
even bother?) ice cold milk

You?

You do eat the strangest things for breakfast! In about an hour I'll be
making a pot of yellow grits. Maybe an egg over medium and a couple of link
breakfast sausages. I might even brew a pot of coffee. I don't drink
coffee every day but when I do I like it strong and black.

What's it with Uncle Sam cereal?

You've mentioned it countless times. I forget where I can find it.

Ya BUM!!!

So, oh well, how about lunch?

I know, I'm over-extending my remaining brain cells.

Best,

Andy

Uncle Sam is a low glycemic cereal of flaked whole wheat kernals and flax
seeds; it provides my morning carbohydrate without significantly raising
glucose levels and provides omega-3 fatty acids. It is a tasty, healthful
cereal that is widely available in the cereal aisle of most supermarkets in
my area (suburb of STL); but, I buy it at Trader Joe's because of favorable
pricing.

Since you asked, lunch is barbecued mutton sandwich on rye with thin sliced
spanish onion, Awesome Collard Greens (recipe follows), a nectarine and iced
tea.
