Well worth watching a second time; I found some subtle touches I'd missed. I loved that they took so much care with the detail in this. I think "nice" Ena - probably went on to be cast as Minnie Cauldwell, as she looked and sounded just like her.
I absolutely loved this and got goosebumps a couple of times during it. Firstly when they played the theme music for the first time, then with the two captions at the end. What a talent. Brilliant drama with the same high standard of writing as the early Corries. I hope Tony Warren likes the adaptation.
