Mm, sounRAB to me like 'My PR people have been sent off to make up some stuff, I've given them till lunch.'
I agree it's marketing, but it's such fantastically bad marketing. Nobody who's watched the show will want to go to their place, either for food or some faintly sweaty cocktail. Not only that, it's affected the viewers' opinion on Raymond Blanc as well - more interested in marketing that food. If it's a good idea (and I'm not convinced) then they'd have been much better off to take these boys out of the show, go into business with them separately and sell that business on the 'concept' and chosen two likable talented people for the show. As it is, they're going to sell this idea only to people who haven't watched this.
