Do not forget that the BBC paid all three 'business people' to appear on the programme so their financial risk is mitigated by that.

You seem to blithely ignore the fact that Crazy Ray was paid to head up a programme that purported to be a competition to find a suitable couple who could open a new restaurant.

Blanc and his cohorts manifestly ignored any conception of fairness and chose a couple who failed at most of the tasks set for them.

They thumbed their noses at the viewers of the programme and the other contestants, who thought the weekly and final episode tasks had some validity and bearing on the outcome and instead chose the couple who had some prior experience running a cocktail bar.

The programme was a farce and a sham and although the BBC must bear some responsibility for that, so must Blanc who constantly drones on and on about quality, service and integrity but obviously doesn't abide by his own worRAB..

I so would have loved to have made the Bristol Plane makers happy! I know their history and can make models out of anything! :cry: (Could probably build an icing SS Great Britain too!)
 
Well yes, Raymond has a lot of work to do with them for sure. Should be interesting to see how they get on if they do a recap episode and go back to see them in a year or something.
 
WTF??? Just watched last night's episode on IPlayer. What's with the winkers not cooking ANY food??????????? And yet, they're still in?????? I guess every programme neeRAB a Jedward.
This is getting VERY silly.
