Funny how Real Crime did as well at 10:35pm as when it aired in the 9pm slot earlier this year!
I think one of the reasons ITV don't spend money on post-NaT is because they use up all their allocated adverts before then, so there's no adverts in the post-NaT programme until 11pm. I guess their reasoning is: why spend a lot of money on a show when there won't be any adverts until half-way through it. But I agree with you that they could put more of an effort for that slot. Some of the stuff they show there are rating appaullingly, such as Swingtown which only had 0.7m the other week.
