Same I cried buckets when I just READ about Tonks and Lupin dying, they were the deaths that got me the most, and seeing it on film... ugh, just doesn't bear thinking about, I need to stock up on kleenex.
Yay! Best news ever. That means more screenings of it in 2D rather than lots of 3D showings and only a few 2D ones. I'm glad it's not in 3D. 3D Converts look awful. Theres no point of them being in 3D except to make more money.
i'm going to see it with a friend at my local Picturehouse the afternoon on the 19th - nice glass of wine and a packet of bombay mix to hand then at the Imax with my boyfriend on the 27th (he likes seeing them at the Imax but the first week or so there are only rubbish seats left). Can't wait. love an 'event' film. do wish it was opening a little closer to Christmas as the title music always evokes that Christmassy mood for me.
Watched the trailer last night and then again today quite a few times i got chills watching it!
Only thing that confuses me is the bit where you see Harry being attacked by the basilisk; looks like he is in a really bright cheery room but in the book this happens in Bathilda Bagshot's house which is described as dirty, old and smelly?!
Final filming for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows took place today, Saturday 12 June 2010. This is not just the end of filming for DH, but for the whole film series, Warwick Davis confirmes on Twitter.
