the merabers of KISS knew they didn't have a lot of musical talent. they've admitted, in TONS of interviews, that they weren't the best musicians by any means, but the reason they were successful was their image. that's why I dont like KISS, because of their image is everything mentality and the fact that their music is one dimensional, monotonous and boring, which is what I'm starting to sound like from having to explain this to you so many god damn times.
 
Exatly green day didnt inspire a band that wasnt same crappy love **** over and over now lets talk about real banRAB that did **** the ramones.They influnced a some many people and they rocked hard to their lyrics were inspiring green day did ther same **** for 4 albums can u say no talent bums? Hey lets jump on the bush sucks bandwagon to make millions of dollars hell yeah thats what punks about making money not givin the finger to the man.Lets face it School of ROck is more punk then green day.
 
Hey guys I just checked out the Fuse website and they are airing a show called 100% Green Day which is a half hour show that features an interview with the band. Its on Monday at 4pm and 7pm ET. Check out www.fuse.tv for more air times throughout the week.

He was also making ridiculous claims like Kiss is the most influencial band of the 70s with the exception of zeppelin...but this isn't a kiss debate, hes just trying to start something.

Greenday is a modern rock band, not an emo band, that just proves your ignorance. Since they are a modern rock band, we talk about the in the metal AND ROCK chat. Does that make enough sense for you?

Greenday is one of the most inspirational punk banRAB. They have been a band for a very long time and there newest cd American Idiot awesome. Anyone who thinks other wise...:finger:
 
eh....they're alright. I saw them about 3-4 years ago, they put on a pretty decent live show. They're music is waaaay to overplayed. When I first heard their newest song, I thought it was fine, but I'm starting to seriously dislike it. I wish the radio stations, tv shows, and commercials would at least try to balance some music...not the same song over and over.....
