Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.

Unrefined oil came from nature, it's going back to nature.

It's just going out for a swim first.

Use the straw to soak up the oil.

When the oil/straw gets sucked into a hurricane, light that shit on fire.

That'll make some people find religion!

are the others stuck with the restrictions...who's too say any of them are playing by the rules?

This is not about more or less government. Its about proper regulations. Throwing more shit onto a shit pile doesn't make it stink any less.

define proper regulation. And why shouldn't a business be free to regulate themselves?

BP, Haliburton, and Department of Interior Minerals Management Service.

That's the who.

The what? An explosion.

As has been said about you before by others, you can argue with a 2 yearold banging their sippy cup on the table but it wont get you anywhere.

Proper regulation is that which enforces safety (both personal and environmental) as well as speculative requirements and fillings (i.e stocks).

Business often do regulate themselves quite a bit without government involvement. See: A2LA and ISO.
