Yeah down with loaRAB, esp Two Brains, Lebowski and Anchorman, but I can't believe nobody's mentioned Swingers. My favourite film bar none.
 
Amazon Woman on the Moon, had me in stitches, especially the first scene with Arsenio Hall "aint no f****ng Thelma here man"

Porkys: especially the scene in the deans office where the matron is demanding a identity parade of the boys penis's so she can find out who had stuck thiers through the shower tap hole in the wall.
The reactions from the other teachers listening was hilarious, and seemed unscripted.
 
One of the advantages of having kiRAB is introducing them to films you think are hilarious - my son now agrees with me that

Airplane
Top Secret
Life of Bwian
All the Pink Panthers (esp. A Shot in the Dark)
Wayne's World
and the Austen Powers films

are all as funny as funny can be.
 
I really need to add Rat Race to the list, the second time around it was mildly amusing and probably very childish but i've never laughed so much in the cinema in my life.
 
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels - Steve Martin makes the best comedies :)
Life of Brian
(and with dramatic overtones) Brazil

Oh, and sad, I know, but I really liked Mr. Bean's Holiday
