The funniest film ever

In the cinema I laughed so much at Borat, South Park (really really funny that one, although as with Borat it probably helps if you're not a stupid prude), Austin Powers: Goldmember, Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls (it's not a fantastic movie but at the time I was such a fan of Jim Carrey and that whole film is just him messing around, it's great if you just want laughs).
 
Ghostbusters is pretty dam funny.

Personally i don't think i ever stopped laughing during the entire film, so it's definitely my funniest film.
 
Yes, The Burbs is also a classic.
As are Bachelor Party and Volunteers.

On a non Tom Hanks related note, I also love South Park the movie and Animal House.
