the easiest way to downgrade os 4 to 3.1.3 3G n 3Gs

I have tested on Win 7 and seemed doesnt worked for me I keep getting 3194. I have have formatted my computer and clean install Win XP.

I have follow the steps but in the end I get 1600 error. What should I do next?

with which tool u have saved SHSH ?

u have saved SHSH for os4 does this help to downgrade to os 3.1.3.....?
 
i,m wondering if we could save SHSH blob to our computer instead of cydia or umbrella server if we could share SHSH blob with friends who didnt save theirs........well i,m now reading a way to actually use SHSH blob from desktop for those people who didnt save it on the cydia server............for those who want to try it i can poast link with a copy of my 3gs 3.1.3 SHSH blob.....just let me know

if u have 6 in one (available in the market) and jaf pkey dongle (can get from any friend if u don't have it) u can make this sim in few minutes and use it forever.

please check with your unlocked downgraded iphones if SHSH stored or not
just launch cydia and after it finishes all updates check if you have some message like "this device has SHSH for 3.1.3"

I was fooled by this thread all day.
This is saurik server 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com and only who have shsh can restore to 3.1.x

well i install the libusb without any problem but i cant say the downgrade works as i have all SHSH blob saved on cydia so just follow the installation instructions on how to install libusb and it should as the installation works for me and try to downgrade it wont hurts to give it a try
 
my dear brother i'm sorry that u had to reformat ur system again and again. many people get this error so they say it is fake one and many say include me that its working fine, u can see in the threads, as i think this is an ip problem from some places that itune recognises ur ip adress, but pls once again try to check ur host file again and do it. If u get success then ok otherwise let me check to prepare another system step by step using diffrent ips to find out where is the problem.?

i have 3gs 3.1.3 accidentally upgraded to 4.0 and now cant downgrade to 3.1.3 always error restoring 3194
