the easiest way to downgrade os 4 to 3.1.3 3G n 3Gs

Im from south east asia and I fake my IP to a US IP. Instead getting the usual 1600 errors I get something new, 1601 lol! (Something new to look into now)

1 more question, Im trying to downgrade a 3gs 16gb 4.0 to 3.1.3. For those who have succeeded downgrading their 3gs, is it 32gb or 16gb or both?
I ever tried downgrade an Ipod 16gb it works but 32gb doesnt work. So could it be "Size DOES matters"?

Me and many people on forum downgraded from 4.0 to 3.1.3 successfully , so i think there is a secrete in ip or some thing inside. there another way for those who not succeeded tha shsh blob. u can try to use ecid from frum to use it. some people succeeded in this way too.

3gs new boot work only if you have shsh file on cydia server
when not it doesn`t work why people wann`t not understand ?
i have today 5 iphones 2 of them worked but 3 not .
try or wait.... good luck!!

I have tried again and again and again and again and again ................

I have tested on Win 7. Installed all the mentions software, read the instructions over and over again and proceed step by step and I always get 3194.

Alright, it is said that he is using XP so I reformatted my computer and installed Win XP. I read again and again and again...... just to make sure I follow the instructions correctly..... and I keep getting 1600 instead of 3194. (showing some sign of hope)

Alright, it is said that he is using XP Pro SP3, where mine was XP home SP2. I reformatted my computer once again and installed EXACTLY Win XP PRO SP3. Initially, I installed net framework 4.0 the latest but this time I follow exactly 3.5 as his. Right now the only diff, is his computer is i7.

I retry a dozen times and yet I still get 1600 errors. If theres any possiblility where I didnt do it correctly, please shed me some lights. Eg, Diff IPs, Diff version of net framework, Diff version of Java, DFU mode, Recovery mode, Diff version of Libusb etc you name it.

Im not the type once failed and say "Its fake". I believed in hope, and someone offer some solutions and its worth a try. We got nothing to lose. But....... the tons of results I get, draws me nearer to the "FAKE" line.

Im sorry, its just very frustrating trying all I can and spending hours and hours trying.
 
Well if u tried it the way it is told i won`t think that u will have any problem for doing the Iphone 3G or 3GS to version 3.1.3 Although 3G is a bit easier .. but this thread is mainly for the 3GS as the ppz having the issues in it ..... So my advise is to u that verify if before saying anything on the forum ... and if u are having any difficulties cross check the things your doing .........
 
if u read carfully u can find 3gs too, not only me but a number of people downgraded many 3gs too. read this tread from starting dear.

but you know white connecting to iphone server i am getting the error 3014. i could'nt identify whats wrong...

i dont see whats so hard to understand.
1. when you j/b your 3gs and go on cydia , it ask to save your shsh ...
if you told him save .... then all good and you got shsh saved on saurik server , and when you trying to restore with host changed, it ask for sign from saurik and not from apple ....
if you dont have shsh saved you will get error 3014 or something ....
thats about it ....
if restore then kick out from recovery with many tools around , if not restore nothing much anyone can do.
so nothing magic in it.
 
extract it cut the 1 you have and paste it somewhere safe on your computer and copy this one in there
