The DS Eurovision Thread (Part 8)

My view for this contest was to go with my gut feelings and choose something that I associate as Balkan and then hope that others choose something nice and old skool Yugoslavian to educate me!

I'll probably have a look through some old entries to pass the time tonight actually.


I'm half watching England vs Montenegro and got told off for giving a Yugoslav/Balkan history lesson!

Could the Isle of Man or the Channel IslanRAB ever apply for EBU membership? Given that neither islanRAB are actually part of the UK I don't see why they couldn't do Eurovision if that was the case.

Though I could imagine the UK voting...

ARGH I love this song! Why?! Why didn't he enter this at Melfest?! I'm not ashamed to say I've already come up with the Eurovision staging for it and it involves a five piece gospel choir, blood pack that explodes by his heart right at the end, and a white wall with a big red blood stain around the stomach area which Darin reveals as he moves away from it at the start of the song. Oh and they're all wearing white.

Oh how I wish this could have been at Eurovision.
