But SMG was an amazing actress on the show. :lol: IMO of course. I just don't the show would have completely worked with someone else. She gave the character a lot of much needed vulnerability and humanity. Joss's writing was great, but it was still a show about monsters. If another actress hadn't connected so much with the role, I doubt the should would have been that much more than a fun thrill.

JM did an amazing job as Spike, but I guess I just don't think Spike was as integral to the show as Buffy, and so SMG deserved a nod a bit more. :shrug: I think they both deserved one though. :nod:

Lol, I'm glad that Chloe doesn't get bashed a lot in the CYD thread cause it would take me so much selfcontrol to not defend her.

But I would never judge people by which couple they ship. What a lot of people don't seem to realize is that just because you enjoy something in fiction, doesn't mean you want it in real life.

I know it's probably just a bunch of 15 year olds who bash other shippers but it annoys me every time I see it.

Nine didn't wear so many layers did he? He did wore a lot of leather.

Exactly. While I know shows like Supernatural or say...Doctor Who if it was an American show are more genre then anything else, that doesn't mean they wouldn't deserve to be looked at. Or even shows that aren't so good but have good actors in them, it happens.

But it usually is the same shows over and over again getting nods. House, 30 Rock, Mad Men. :shrug: They need some new blood.
