The Crazies

Saw this on Saturday and i don't know how many times i nearly jumped into the laps of the people behind me. Hate horrors and anything that scares me but this was ok, my boyfriend thought it was very good though.

My problem was:
the ending....after all of that they still survived...highly unlikely and this was all done while she was pregnant...yeah right. And why out of everyone were they the only ones who didn't get sick?

So I managed to see the film last on it's last showing at my cineworld:)

It was nothing special but still an enjoyable few hours. It started off slow but it did pick up towarRAB the last 45 mins or so. Some parts did make me jump/scared although it wasn't as scary as I thought it might be. There were some good elements in the films which could have been explored/presented in a better way. But all in all Im glad I went to see it.

I'm going to see it this week, but the release inspired me to rewatch the original for the first time in about 20 years.

You know, I really like the original and I'm surprised it's not better known than it is. It seems to be lost between Night and Dawn yet it's a better-made movie than Night and lays down themes that are picked up in Dawn.

I'm looking forward to the remake.

I thought the film was epic...seriously one of the best films I've seen in a long time.

But I like zombie/infected films a lot so I am proberly biased just a tad.
