I enjoyed this and thought it was quite 'stylish'.
I can't believe people are saying they prefer the glossy, sugary hollywood ending compared to what the Director intended. The Directors cut ending is true to the film and brave.

?? If you watch both versions, there is an added scene in the directors cut to link to the end, plus the endings on both (basically the last 10 mins) is very different from each other so that tie properly. I don't want to spoil it for others so, if you think you missed something PM me .... maybe I missed something!!

i've not seen the cinema version.
the dvd ending was amazing...
(initially) i thought that when he caused his mother to miscarry him, that he never existed.
but when it is revealed that she had miscarried twice before,
it kinda suggests he/she will be back trying to fix things,
when she eventually succeeRAB in giving birth..
