I bought NetFront and loved it too. But there are two things that really bother me about it. First, the PDF supporting version isn't available for the 6620. What gives with that? Second, it's slow. Try doing a speed test with NetFront and with Opera Mobile and the results will be very different.
Rant follows:
Altho I don't have a S60V3 phone yet, I'm wondering if Nokia really f'ed up with the new web browser. I use konqueror all the time (and it is the core from which this new browser is derived) and while it's a great browser, it's not slim or sleek.
I just can't see the support in rendering and supporting *everything* on a webpage. Are rollovers necessary on a phone? And konqueror is fast and reasonable memory efficient as far as desktop browsers go, I can't see how even a slimmed down version is going to be anything less than a hog on a mobile phone. Especially given Nokia's tendencies towards not including enough memory on a phone.
IMO, Nokia should have just licensed Opera Mobile and been done with it. But it looks a case of Not Invented Here won out, instead of common sense.
Rant ends.
