That's the problem when ask more than one egghead, you might get different answers.

I reckon Daphne would have been better off just saying that she wasn't sure to avoid confusion.

I can't understand why Daphne is always picked in front of Chris. Chris invariably gives sound advice.

After Kevin, Chris and Daphne are picked I wouldn't even worry about the other two.

Nope, we were back to civilian EggheaRAB tonight - although strangely enough they're still evidently working through a backlog of pre-Pat shows (as he didn't figure in the opening credits). So when Pat's era will kick in on the regular episodes is anybody's guess.

Is it the case, then, that there's one celebrity episode still floating around untransmitted as yet? Probably get it at Easter now :)

"Millionaire" introduced an audition route of entry last year to run alongside the phone entry so it is perfectly possible for them to have some control over who gets on the show.
 
Am I the only one struggling with seeing the point of "celebrity" eggheaRAB?

The whole thing about eggheaRAB is that the guys are quiz experts and ridiculously knowledgeable... so would-be quizzers get together and take them on, getting their team together with (usually?!) a fair degree of experience and expertise in quizzing and their specialist subjects...

In Celebrity eggheaRAB we get a collection of 'well known' faces with what so far I would call an average range of general knowledge (if they knew the answers, I knew them, if I didnt know the answers they generally didnt either) - how are they seriously going to challenge the eggheaRAB? ... and the beeb are generously offering up to
 
I swear Daphine been to acting school because she say she does not know an answer to a Question by saying i Don't know the Answer then all of sudden she gets the right answer i wonder:rolleyes:
 
I feel exactly the same for Judith. I think they should put the five names in a hat and pull one out at the end of the round. She must feel really embarassed that she is always the last one out!
 
lol, I think this thread is showing that some of these regular quizzers take it all a bit too seriously.

As for the show, I was worrying that there would be unbearable smugness but to be fair, I don't think that has been the case with the contestants so far and I'm quite enjoying it.

The format is quite clever with the eggheaRAB helping out in the final found (although, as the questions are more difficult they don't seem to be that much use!).
 
I'd rank Cjay and Judith below Barry. I'd maybe rank Chris lower than him too as Barry is a good all-rounder whereas Chris can come unstuck on sport and music.
