missy i completely agree... i still havent seem departed blood diamond and basketball diaries but every other one i love!

One thing i'd like to add, we (derek and I) don't go to IMDB.com to check, so with Jonny i'm not sure what he has done aside from Hackers and trainspotting. Same with the Speedman, Underworld and,...?

Jack did this movie with Ellen BArkin that was rather horrible, forget what it was called though.

I can honestly say that I have loved every single movie Johnny Depp has been in. I can't think of one that I disliked. There are ones, like Secret Window, that I wouldn't consider to be on the top of my favorite list. But I wouldn't consider it a bad movie either. It's hard though because everyone has their own opinion.
I have loved everything with Bruce Willis and Sarah Michelle Gellar as well. Oh and Brad Pitt. At the present moment, I can't think of one bad movie by him. Or by any of them.

I loved Death Becomes Her---I thought it did rather well at the box office also though? I could be completely wrong on that though....

Did you see Meet Joe Black? Yeesssss, I did. And IMHO it was terrible. I'm not the only one. Plus that movie he did with Harrison Ford got bad reviews--so I think he's gone.

I liked Meet Joe Black. I thought it was funny. And I own Spy Game with Pitt and Ford. I don't consider it to be a bad movie. Everyone is going to have their own opinion though so it's going to be hard to all agree on one actor/movie.

As for Will Smith....most of his movies have been good. But not Wild Wild West. I liked I Robot a lot and I have heard that Hitch is really funny.

I'm not a fan of Denzel at all. I saw a movie with him about a month ago. Man on Fire I think. That bored me to sleep. And there was that one with Ethan Hawke....hated it.

I'm still going with Johnny Depp. The Ninth Gate was good.....strange....but good. And there was From Hell which was good as well.

What about Seth Green?? I'm a fan of him and so far I have liked all his movies. I even loved him as OZ in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I saw Without A Paddle last week and thought it was hilarious.

I love Scarlett Johansson, but she still was in Home Alone 3. So that definitely knocks her out.

I haven't read the whole thread but I think you guys have found yourselves an impossible mission. Every single actor with an ongoing career has done at least one dud. I think Jodie Foster has a pretty good track record compared to others, but even she has had her critical disasters.

Leonardo DiCaprio has made really great movies. I've loved every one of the movies he's done.

From his earlier work in What's Eating Gilbert Grape? to his most recent, Blood Diamond.

Leo Movies:

1) What's Eating Gilbert Grape?
2) The Basketball Diaries
3) Blood Diamond
4) The Departed
5) The Aviator
6) Catch Me If You Can
7) Gangs of New York
8) The Beach
9) The Man in the Iron Mask
10) Titanic
11) Marvin's Room
12) Romeo + Juliet
there's still a few more...

Gerard Butler - P.S. I Love You.

Rachel McAdams - The Hot Chick

Jack Nicholson- The Terror. It's from the 60s and it's bad. Check it out sometime!

Keanu Reeves - Even though I secretly liked it, The Lakehouse was critically loathed. As was Matrix Revolutions and many more films. I think his worst is Chain Reaction.

Drew Barrymore - The recent Lucky You. And Charlie's Angels Full Throttle, even though I've seen it hundreds of times. But it's not good.

Cary Grant - The Pride and the Passion. But really, it's like his only bad movie. Shame. :(

Audrey Hepburn, I think you mean ;) (although it is fun to burn hemp) - I asked my father, who watches movies for a pretend living, and he says They All Laughed is a disaster. Anyone else who has seen it can chime in on this one.

As for my personal feelings...I think pretty much any actor has probably made one bad movie sometime...but my all-time fav. actor is Tom Hanks, & I find I like most of his B-List movies (most of his early '80s ones), just b/c he's in them, lol.

I don't know if there is one single actor who has NEVER made a bad movie....... don't they all start out with bad movies before they finally hit the mother lode?? :look:

My pick would be Kevin Spacey. I can't name every movie he's ever been in but of the ones that I've seen, I thought they were all pretty good.

Henry & June
Consenting Adults -- love this movie!
Glengarry Glen Ross
The Usual Suspects
Se7en
A Time To Kill --- love this movie!
L.A. Confidential
Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil
American Beauty
Pay It Forward
The Life of David Gale
21 --- love, love, love this movie!!!

:D

I have absolutely no clue who Scott Speedman is.

What about Jack Nicholson?? He has been in some really great movies. I just watched Somethings Gotta Give last night. I was surprised that I actually liked it.

As for actresses......Demi Moore?? She has always been one of my favorites. Right now I can't think of anything that I have disliked her in. I need to think on that some more though.

I've seen Donnie Brasco and I though it was a good movie.

venusinfurs, all the films you listed I haven't seen most of them, but I must admit I did like The Bucket List, but the rest I haven't seen, so I can't really make judgement...
