Jonny was in Mansfield Park which I looove. I adore those old English movies. All but Wuthering Heights. Never did like that one. Mansfield Park, Jane Eyre, and Pride and Prejudice are my faves. Jonny is also in a new Woody Allen movie called Melinda and Melinda with Will Ferrell of all people. It looks very good. I tend to like Woody Allen movies for the most part. Not all but I do luuuuurve a few of them.

Tom Hanks has to be a keeper though. I just love him though so maybe I'm biased. But come on, The 'burbs, The Money Pit, Castaway, The Terminal, The Green Mile, Apollo 13, Toy Story, Road to Perdition, A League of their Own, Splash, You've Got Mail, Joe Versus the Volcano, Sleepless in Seattle, Forrest Gump, Philidelphia, Saving Private Ryan, Big, Bachelor Party, Turner and Hooch, Volunteers, Band of Brothers. The man is awesome. And he's going to be in the upcoming Da Vinci Code which should be awesome.

Anyone said Sean Connery? He is a terrific actor.

I'm a big Gael fan myself, but I'm a little iffy about Sin Noticias de Dios. *shrug* Great actor, though.

Re: Sean Connery. Have you heard what they said about him in Trainspotting? I loved what they said, especially about The Name of the Rose.

^ Or it's a trick question and there is none! ;) Especially since actors don't have total control over their projects. A role or movie that may seem very promising on paper/in the script can easily be ruined by bad direction or production. The better question may be the director or the producer who never made a bad movie.

As for the previous discussion of Leo and The Beach, Man in the Iron Mask was terrible too. :P

Don't do it! Run far away from the urge to see that movie. You'll hate yourself for watching it.

Mary Reilly was really bad I thought. I've pretty much liked her in everything else I have seen.

Charlize Theron?? I can't remember if we mentioned her already. She is really good. A lot of people didn't seem to like The Italian Job though. I thought it was a great movie.

And what about Tobey Mcguire and Jake Gyllenhaal?? Both are good actors.

Oh I know.......Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith (Jay and Silent Bob). Those two dudes are hilarious. And Jason Lee.

Ugh...I know it was well-received but I really didn't like My Summer Of Love at all. So that knocks Emily Blunt out for me.

Yeah, I was going to say Edward Norton, but several people have already beaten me to that - and I wasn't a huge fan of The Italian Job remake (but that's mostly because of Marky Mark).

Bruce Willis for sura! There is not one of his movies I dont like! And he has a massive resume!

Johnny Depp! I haven't seen all his movies but all I've seen have been good... Maybe exept for PotC:AWE, It wasn't too bad but not as good as 1 & 2 i hated the ending! too many plot holes.

Did you see Meet Joe Black? Yeesssss, I did. And IMHO it was terrible. I'm not the only one. Plus that movie he did with Harrison Ford got bad reviews--so I think he's gone.

The Ninth Gate you mean? and It doesnt really matter what those 3 people think, that movie was good. :D

I would say Seth Green too cause he is my favorite actor but have you ever seen Ticks? That movie is beyond cheesy.

I would agree about Ed Norton and Ewan McGregor. Edward Norton has never made a bad movie that I've seen, I loved Red Dragon, The 25th Hour and American History X. Ewan is more subjective though. I loved A Life Less Ordinary but tons of people hated it and it didn't get good reviews. Moulin Rouge and Young Adam were good though.

I totally forgot about Elizabethtown. Too bad, that kinda takes her off the list too.

well i guess i have to give up then, i can't think of any other actor with no bad movies on their conscience..

I wanted to say Barry Pepper, then I remembered: Battlefield Earth.

Oh, how about Quentin Tarantino? Kinda like cheating, but all the movie's he's been in technically are great... :D

Julia Roberts - Mary Reilly (her "Irish" accent alone made it bad, and the rest just made it worse) and Runaway Bride were bad imo. The Mexican and America's Sweethearts could be considered bad too.

Morgan Freeman's movies are great

and for actresses Julia Roberts is one of my favorite actresses and she is always great in movies. Stepmom was a really good one...
