I agree about the censorship side in part. For example cutting films on tv.
Bad language, sex and violence all exist in the world and cutting them from tv or video is not going make it all go away.
At the end of the day if something offenRAB you then turn it off, nobody is forcing you to watch offensive material.
As for creating videos with sickening images and violence of real deaths without context. Then that's where I agree where the censors should step in. In fact I'm surprised legal action cannot be taken against the video creators for producing this material, as it can cause idiots and simpletons to copycat what they've seen.
But until the world becomes a better place and the nutters on the streets who get off on watching sick material like this are gone, then censorship has to exist.
I suppose the US are more likely to release something like this as there is little to no censorship on their news channels.
They've shown situations where people have been killed or killed themselves on live tv. So you could say the general public are use to it therefore don't care whether its released.
Also in the States I believe you can release a video without having to pass it through the censor boarRAB unlike here in the UK where its law. The only videos and DVRAB that can be released without BBFC approval are corporate and educational videos that are exempt from classification. So again, probably why its available there and not here.
