TBS Should Air American Dad.

TBS has been airing Family Guy for some time now. And I guess it's doing well since they air it a lot. So, I think they should now try their luck with American Dad. I think it would be great exposure for the show. Adult Swim is great and all but it's a late night block nonetheless. TBS airs its shows on primetime so there's a wider audience.

I'm thinking:

Monday and Tuesday
8-9pm Family Guy (which is what they do now)
9-10pm American Dad

or

8-9:30pm Family Guy
9:30pm American Dad (if they wanna play it safe)

I didn't know that there was people out there that actually like American Dad. I can't really sit through an entire episode of the show. But when TBS airs their little Family Guy 2 hour blocks, I can't seem to find it in myself to change the channel. And I end up watching about two hours of Family Guy.

Since around the start of Season 3, American Dad's been consistantly better than the rest of the animation domination block, and getting better each week, while FG and Simpsons contiues to go downhill, AD's been getting funnier.

rabroad ≠ real life

Not really, no. Occasionally American Dad will have a funny episode, but most weeks Family Guy is a lot funnier. I would even place The Simpsons above American Dad. And even when American Dad is funny, it doesn't change the fact that the characters are completely unlikeable.

Eh, at least the Smith's love all their children, even though they can be crazy.

And yes, I think it should air on TBS. More people can get to see it outside of sundays on Fox & Adult Swim.

Ummm...so you like guys who give their homecoming dates herpes? Though, I will say that out of all the American Dad characters Steve is probably the most likeable.

As opposed to the hilariously likable rapist, jack-ass and his slutty shallow wife they have on family guy?

I wouldn't say the characters on American Dad are particularly likeable, but I find them more amusing than the CHARACTERS they have on Family Guy.

Lisa was his date for homecoming...or maybe it was prom, I don't remember. But, it was some formal event like that. Unforunately, the night ended badly when Roger pulled his pants down and revealed his single red pube. Then the football team gave him a swirly. We never found out how the rest of Lisa's night went after the football team carried Steve away from her, but judging from the way she acts around Steve now, apparently, she's still bitter about their date ending badly. But yes, Steve gave his homecoming date herpes...or his prom date...whatever...

Well, Quagmire is the most likeable a rapist can probably be, but yeah, I guess he's pretty unlikeable, but he's not even a main character. I don't see what's so unlikeable about Peter. I mean, he was declared retarded. You can't hold him accountable for his actions. And what's wrong with slutty wives? Slutty wives are awesome.

Now that Adult Swim has dumped AD on Fridays it's time for TBS to seriously consider this.

Wednesdays for them is Tyler Perry night with the airings of both "House of Payne" and "Meet the Browns". So...I think Mondays could be Seth MacFarlene night. They could air FG from 8pm-10pm and AD from 10pm to 11pm.

As for Earl...just move it to Tuesday with The Office. Earl could air from 8-9:30pm and Office from 9:30-11pm.

Don't forget the pedophile:sweat:
In defense of FG though Francine is pretty slutty too.
Though I don't want AD on TBS. I don't hate it but I would bet that it would go on after those 2 hours of FG and I'm a little tired of Turner pimping Mcfarclane as it is.

I'd rather not have TBS slaughter a good show like AD.

Once, TBS actually paused the show just so Bill Engvall could crack a few jokes and promote his series.
