Taking the Pimsleur German proficiency test?

I'm using the Pimsleur Program to learn German on my own, and I found this webpage:

Has anyone taken this test before that could tell me a little about it?

Like.. for instance, is it free? It's over the phone right?

I'm just curious about it, when you would get your results, how accurate they are, etc.
