Hi, i own a T3 and love using it as an iPod. After a fatal bug using the Palm's Universal Wireless Keyboard, Palm Customer Service replaced my dead T3 by anohter one, looking like a brand new.
The keyboard issue fixed, i was back in business. Until i tried to get some music trough my earphone. The built-in speaker would work, but not the earphone.
I was just finished with two (2) Service Repair Order (SRO) that deprive me of my T3 for six (6) weeks out of the past two (2) months, and i would have to send it over again for repair. Like everyone else, i have better things to do with my T3 then sending it out for repair. Guess what Palm's Customer Service answered to that; 'There's nothing more we can do, just send you T3 for repair'. So it took 2 months before i could find a three (3) weeks period slow down to send my T3 for repair.
Now there's no way you can guess what happened... they ran out of replacement devices! It's unbelievable
Now they tell me 'We will provide you necessary assistance to resolve your issue', and what are they doing... nothing
I have a question for you now, DOES PALM CARE?
