T- line enclosures- can I make one with a 6" 15 foot hose in a box?

How good are T- line enclosures (quarter wave)?

8" subwoofer
Can I make one where it emits a 19 Hz sine wave @ 101 decibels (c) in a 12x12x7.5 foot room?

That is the resonant FQ of a 15 foot pipe (6" d)
 
TL enclosures are great if you know what the are going to give you.

I have a TL in my vehicle and I love it. It isn't an enclosure for everyone as it is not going to be a monster of output. It does give you a very nice sound.

What 8" sub are you using? What kind of material is the hose you are using made of? What are trying to use this enclosure for?
