Certainly "It Hits the Fan" simply shouldn't be censored for network TV standards. Even if they want to, they shouldn't. It'll just kill it.
I saw "Fingerbang" last night and it seems clear that they're going to leave in as much as they reasonably can. The only edits I noticed were all of Cartman's G-dammits being shortened to "Dammit!" (you can really only tell if you've seen the TV-MA version, they did a good job), a half-bleep of A-hole, and shortening the scene where Cartman's tape keeps running and then you see his mom and Mr. Garrison doing S&M stuff (basically you don't see the part where she walks over to a cup and starts peeing in it). Other than that it all seemed to be left in, including words like "faggy" and "p**sy" (and in fact, that was a particularly controversial use, as Cartman said about God, "I'm not scared of him, that guy's a p**sy.") Also, they completely left in Wendy's audition song, only censoring the F-word like they did in the Comedy Central version. You know, that's the song where the end of each line sounds like something dirty...
"she was a big fat
contaminated water will make you really sick
something something something, and blood comes out your
dictate what I'm saying..."
