Superman Returns Teaser Trailer...online at last!!

Is there just the one trailer? Did a search on a Torrent site and found several, a couple other ones which I found better than the one posted by the OP. (Although one of them is clearly done by a fan)

PS: The music score, voiceover, and footage does make me wanna see it, I think its a 'bridging' movie to ease fans of the old into the new genre/franchise which no doubt they are building
 
Yeah you are right job as the majority of the people who are posting in this thread will be some of the first people in the queue to see Superman Returns. I like the look of the teaser trailer and cant wait to see the full trailer. I will reserve judgement on Superman Returns untill it is released in July!
 
There is grainy footage of it somewhere. Even though it's hard to make it out, watching it finally made me want to see this movie, and it made me have faith in the casting of Brandon Routh.
 
I thought the Superman Returns release was 14th July world wide but IMDB has it being released in the US on the 30 June and it is released in Australia, Beligum, France, Iceland, Sweden, Chile, Czech Repulic, Brazil, Mexico and Spain before the UK on the 14th of July!

I think the quite boring teaser is doing exactly what is meant to do, get crazies like us talking about it :D
But, I have been looking foward to it ever since i heard it was in the works, hope its as good as the hype we are giving it. I am so excited
 
I'll certainly be going to see it, but my hopes aren't high. I can't understand how they could get something so simple and basic as the suit so wrong. And casting a totally untried daytime soap actor in the biggest role of 2006? Hmm. I hope I'm wrong...
 
Looks like its gonna be a cool movie, carnt wait to see it, i love the superman theme tune aswell the one from the clip, planet krypton tune, gives me tingles up my spine haha :D
 
Were there any reasons why the guy from smallvile didn't get chosen for this film??.

I thought the show was quite good, and he did well in the role.
 
We've been talking about it ever since the teaser came out. Now you only have to look at the length between the posts to figure out that nothing is happening!
 
i wolud have also liked tom welling to have got the part of superman in the new film but i think he is tied up with smallville but i think that brandon routh might actually do a good job.

something has just come back to my mind a few months ago i read in sfx magazine that the producers of smallville went to australia to discuss a link between the movie and smallville will be interesting to see if a link is made between the two
 
I think it is good that your hopes are not too high as people go to watch summer blockbusters with massive expectations and always end up disappointed!
 
Does anyone have the dirt on whether or not Zod and team will be coming back to fight Superman in this movie? I heard somewhere that Returns is supposed to be the sequel to Superman II. Thoughts?

Zod & co are not appearing in the new film. Singer has said that parts one and two serve as a kind of loose back story, so those events did hapen in this film's continuity. Which makes it even sillier that Brandon Routh is so young.
