I have a single Kicker 06VS12L52 being powered by a Pioneer GM-X722 Amp and too me it sounds good, but when i start putting the volume up the Subwoofer starts jumping by itself when its not suppose to. It moves back and forth pretty violently. What could be wrong? Could it be the amp?

I kinda know that the amp isn't that powerful, but can someone tell me how much watts it is cause i couldn't figure it out.

Ok im not sure but your subwoofer/amplifier could be Clipping which WILL result in either a blown sub or amplifier... this could be due to a bad EQ job on the amplifier and its trying to reproduce sounds so i would definatly get that checked out!
#1 is you amplifier bridged?
if its running at 4 ohms its 80 watts RMS a channel
it ifs running at 2 Ohms its 120 watts RMS a channel
neither of these is enough to do much of anything to the kicker as i have L5's myself
