Subwoofer: Kicker or Alpine... or any other suggestions?

I was pretty settled on 2 12" alpine type r 1222D subs and 1000 watt kenwood amp.
But some audio guy told me that he would recommend 2 12" Kicker CVR's with a MB DSC 1000.1 amp. My cousin thinks i should get 2 12" Kicker Baric L7... but thats pretty exspensive, a little too much out of my range. So what would you choose out of the first two options and/or what do you recommend/suggest that i get?
 
i would go with the 12" kickers CVR's with 1000 amp my buddy just put the same system in his blazer and it sounded real good.
