Subwoofer/Car Audio help!?!?!?!?

I'm putting a system in my car. I wanted to have it all /////Alpine equipment, because i heard they were the best you can buy. But my local audio shop doesn't carry /////Alpine. They said they have Sony, Jvc, Memphis, Kicker and Planet Audio. And they can set it all up.

So here's my options:
1) I can buy all the /////Alpine equipment off the internet for around $700, and either attempt to install it myself, or pay someone to professionally install it.
2) I can go with my local shop, not get the /////Alpine system i wanted, but still get a good system with professional setup at a cheaper price.

If i were to go with the 2nd option, which of those 5 brands are the best?
What do you think i should do?
Any help will be appreciated.

Don't get Alpine... All they make is good head units...I'm not a fan of their audio... As far as best brands, it all depends on how much you're willing to spend so... If you need any help, you can I.M. or E-mail me on here.
 
i think you should take the 2 option because Sony, Jvc,and Kicker are the best brands right now that people are using and its cheaper then to buy it of the internet!
