Step Up 2

One week ago I watched the "Step up 2 The Streets" I like it! Especially Rob Hoffman. Hi is very talented.
 
I'm bringing this up because I just want to say that I really enjoyed this film! Moose is so cool. Plus Briana and Robert are so cute.

I think this will go in my guilty pleasure type of films :)
 
OMG this movie was so bad! i tried so hard to like it but i just thought it was ridiculous and the moves were so bad. that girl andie is not even a real dancer so why the heck did they cast her??? she wasnt even dancing in the whole movie except a few moves and the last dance. the story was lame and i thought andies crew looked like a bunch of idiots..
not even channing could save the movie and im a big fan of the first one!

thsi film is awesome seriously you can tell who produced it fromt he off and he is an amazing producer!
 
omg i love this movie i watched the 1st one with my best friend and we were going to go watch the second one but when it came out in to the cinema i was on holiday and never got to watch it!!! and then when i was flying home on the plane they told us that the film that they were aireing that day was step up 2 that was probs the best part of the hol!!! but yeah it is a great film :)
 
I liked this movie I thought it'd be too cliche or romantic but it was just right and the dancing=amazing.

ohh and moose is awesome! i went to the teen choice awards and i saw ACDC [adam/chu dance crew] perform and they were awesome! i even got an ACDC shirt. haha.

so..people who win the award..is there a rule they have to kiss? i've only ever seen the award for this year and the year Ryan/Rachel from the Notebook won haha
 
So I just got home from watching it, and it was pretty amazing. The dancing is amazing! The love story is there but it's really low-key, which was something that I liked. It was more of a focus that your crew is like your family, and I think that applies to most people and their group of friends. It's different from the first but it still takes place in Baltimore, there is still the MSA. Same setting just a different group and story.

I'm a huge fan of Rob Hoffman just from the few movies he's done plus watching all the videos on his site. He really does hold his own as an actor and his dancing is beyond sick.

Briana Evigan does an excellent job in her first starring role. Andie’s character is a typical outsider role, but she’s still got this personality that makes her a little different. Briana is to quote Chase in the movie “is an amazing little dancer…”

I was nice to see them incorporate Channing's character into it. The addition of him pulled the story together. Plus they do a dance scene with him which was my third favorite.

Fave character would have to be Moose played by Adam Sevani, when I was watching the trailer when it first came out I thought he looked familiar. So I went looking on Rob's site at his videos from Carnival and sure enough he was in the video title "Your Mama." He's just a great dancer and pretty funny in the movie.

My only pet-peeve as a Baltimore girl is the subway scene (even though it was cool) as we do not have a subway system in MD.

All in all it was a great movie with some kick ass dance scenes and hot music.
 
This film doesn't come out in Australia until next month but I'm looking forward to seeing it when it does. I saw the first one and loved it. Going by the previews, it looks good.
