STAR TREK Appreciation #1: In 2009 comes a new vision of the greatest space adventure of all time

Check out this HILARIOUS video of Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto and John Cho on a tv show in New Zealand, promoting the film. Honestly, I laughed so hard.

I love them!!! :lmao:

You HAVE to watch Shaun of the Dead!!! If you liked HF, then you're bound to love it. A lot of people prefer it actually, but I love them both equally so I can't pick one over the other.

Big Nothing was okay, I seem to remember. Bit weird, but it made me laugh in parts. It doesn't compare to the "Blood and Ice-Cream" movies, though :D

"I just destroyed 6 billion Vuclans and over 50 Starships. How exactly is that a win for you?"
[Awkward Pause]
Star Trek 47 Sec. = Hillariousness!

Quoted for Absolute Truth!
Him and Scotty were my favorite characters.

it was freakin hilarious - my friend and i saw it on saturday, soo good. she didn't want to see it and when we left the theater she was in love. my favorite was spock, zachary quinto played him perfectly.

I know how you feel. You can't help but get immediately involved and attached to these characters, even when you know the choices they're going to make. Like, I still flipped out when Jim leapt off the drill to save Sulu; knew he was going to do it and ignore Chekov, but I still flinched.

And I so realized I'm in love with Bones. The man is awesome.

But I do hope you get that choice soon.

I know, about Chris writing. It's awesome. Day by day I'm learning more about him. Like his next play opens on my birthday in less than a week and I can't go. *pouts*

:D Btw, congratulations go out to Chris for being 5th on Forbes' Rising Stars List, beating out the likes of Robert Pattinson, Anna Paquin and Chace Crawford.

I still need to see Shaun of the Dead, i also saw Big Nothing with him and David Schwimmer in it

I saw it yesterday and loved it!

I dont know much about the series, so I dont know if there was much differences or not but none the less...I thought it was very entertaining. The cast was great and I loved Chris Pine as Kirk. He brought a nice comic side to the role. Loved it!

Waiting for the sequel. :)

^^ That's the one! Jenny, there was an interview where Zach said one night of shooting they badly couldn't keep it together, and especially him personally, was when they were filming the confrontation scene on the bridge, after Scotty and Kirk beam onboard the ship - apparently Simon Pegg ad-libbed the "can I get a towel?" line (), and Zachary said he COULD NOT stop laughing at it. I think it's brilliant that in the actual scene, you can actually see a hint of a smile on Spock's face as he says the line after that, because it's probably the best take they got

And there's another bit, when Zach says "besides, my mother was half-human, which makes Earth the only home I have left", and he says he can't remember why, but he kept laughing at that too. And it's not even a funny line, haha.

So yeah, I want those bits on the bloopers, so badly!

:lmao: That's brilliant! I NEED to see this now.

I am going to see the movie in 2 and a half hour :thud: I absolute excited to finally see the movie after waiting so long for it :thud: :slinkie:

Hopefully i can go next week and see it, before Angel and Demons - too many good movies are coming out in May

I saw it yesterday and loved it. I will be back to post my opinions later, but for now I wanted to share some icons I made!
