speaker works but not in car. what could be wrong?

After installing my new amplifier (zx850.4) about after a week my front speakers stopped working but my back ones work. My front speaker are component speakers. I tried the speaker in my room but the speaker works. what could be wrong??

Wiring or your speakers are to powerful for your deck.

Maybe you have a break in one of the cables to your front speakers. Is there a way to trace the circuit to see if it's complete? Double check the contacts on the the amplifier and make sure there's no corrosion.
