Hi, the main [and most common problem on earth] im having is that my lights dim out when my bass hits hard. help.........plz.......
SYSTEM COMPONENTS
Alpine Headunit like 100w rms total
Amp running the 4 door speakers 1500 watt not sure rms
Amp running 1 sub 600 watt rms
1 10" sub 550w rms
1 cap not sure farad
1 power block
SETUP
+ from battery goes to cap
+ from cap goes to + on power block [1 in]
+ + [2 out] from power block goes to + AMP 1 and + AMP 2
- from AMP 1 and 2 goes to cap -
one - goes from cap to ground the car
I have tried many variations to this setup [as friends recommend] and all seem to do nothing but continue to dim the lights.
If anyone has a better idea [better = no cap, no power block, add fuse, upgrade battery ect.....] not 'stop wasting my time', or 'go to the PROFESSIONALS' plz help me
the - on both amp meet up at the capacitor, and one - from the capacitor to the car. 4 g wire. [SO THE CAP - HAS 3 WIRES, ONE TO THE CAR, AND TWO TO EITHER AMP.]
