I wonder if the Von Trapp children liked to draw and paint?! :nod: I bet they did! :D
 
I know! That's what I've always said: Nobody will EVER be able to play the part as well as she did.
 
Me too! I had the VHS that my parents recorded from tv :lol: Now I need to buy the dvd! :look: I still can't belive I haven't!

That dance is all about the eye contact and chemisrty,, once you get the steps down.
 
do you ever make up in your mind what happens to each character after the end of the movie? Like Max and Elsa.
 
When I was younger we used to have the two VHS tapes and I would only ever watch the first one because that was the happier tape! Plus, it had my favorite part when Maria and the father show the kids how to do the waltz (I think it was the waltz.).
 
it is definatly the kind of movie you can watch countless times and never tire of it :nod:

Ah. I watched most of it. It was like "Julie" night on TV though. First, on ABC family the showed "Mary Poppin", then they showed "Eloise at Christmastime" while ABC showed SOM, and then a little later they showed "Roger's and Hammerstein's Cinderella" on one of the public access channels where I live. :lol:
