(On a side note, I hate all this April fool's day crap, it takes away from what these forums are really about and it really makes the forums look like a spam riddled joke.)Anyway. I was thinking about something over the past few days after a man and a woman came into my store and the woman made a comment to the man along the lines of, "Jeez, I cant believe a man in his 30's is watching cartoons.", and then when the customers were done picking out their movies they made a comment to my face and asked me why I was watching them. I was a little baffled at why they were being like that so I responded with, "I enjoy them, I always have." and they shot looks at me like there was a problem with me and left the store. So, is it weird that I am in my early 30's and enjoy animation enough to watch it as often as I do? It just bothers me that these comments were made right to my face and these were not the first people to ask my age, or to raise an eyebrow at my television likes. I don't know the ages of the people on these boards, but I would imagin it's a solid range of teens to adults, am I wrong on this? Is watching cartoons wrong when you become an adult? I would like to hear peoples comments, outlooks and advice on this topic.
