Yes, I can tell you understand it when your reduce thousands of years of Jewish law and Christian theology into "it's stupid."

It's actually elegant and interesting, whether you believe it or not, but if you think it's "stupid" then you're obviously not grappling with it
 
I didn't think so. And truth be told, I think I am a great dad, but she is an AWESOME mother. She is much better at parenting than I am.

I'm just blowing off steam really. Most of this is entertaining to me, it's like having a comedy movie playing all the time in my living room.
 
sure i would. i wouldn't go around passing judement on them though and use that as a reason to think that they are bad or inferior people.

what the fuck are you talking about? you asked if i had heard of the "dangers of tolerance". i responded with my personal experiences in regards to that. if my personal experiences don't match what your expectations were, whos fault is that?

confirmed what? that the name obama was mentioned in the same sentance as EU? without more information, i wouldn't close the possibility that it was a misunderstanding.

clearly your wife (and maybe her dad) missed the entire logic behind the statement. if they screwed that up, why wouldn't you accept the possibility that they screwed up the enitre message?
 
It doesn't matter what you focus on...if it's still the word of God, how can it be completely ignored? All the shit about killing homosexuals and shit...
