I just got the bike back up and running after a 4 year sit. Was running without smoke before the air filter replacement, but after, it runs much better, but lots of smoke. I put on the Uni Foam Filter Oil as directed, not a lot of it. I even took it back out and tried to pad off the excess. Could this still be causing the smoke?

What color is the smoke? My guess is that after sitting for several years you have a lazy valve spring or tight valve that is causing it to smoke. Take it easy on the bike, no heavy hand with the throttle and after gently riding it for several hundred miles, if it is still doing it, then you might have to take the top end apart for a valve job.

Only way to know for certain if it is a lazy valve spring is to do a compression test. Then retest with a squirt of oil in the cylinders. The oil in the cylinders will raise the compression test on each cylinder IF the rings are at fault.
