sirius radio car docking question...from stratus 4 to starmate 5?

ok, so I've got the stratus 4 and want to get the starmate 5...I've found a seller selling the receiver only for the starmate 5 at a very reasonable price. What I'm wondering is if the car docking system that I already have for the stratus 4 will work with the starmate 5? Someone that knows for sure will get that 10! Thanks!
