As a general rule, you shouldn't run anything in the same path as the main power cable. Your best bet is to run the power down the same side as the battery, the preamp and the remote down the center(the remote is such low amperage that it doesn't matter), and the speaker wires on the opposite side as the battery.
Chris is right though. I've done a lot with all of the wires bundled on one side without issues. But, better safe than sorry. There's nothing less fun than finishing it and having to do it all over again.
