After looking at those collections, I'm both jealous and drooling at the same time. Well....maybe someday I'll have a collection at least half the size of them.

I find it somewhat disturbing that a 13 year old owns the Desperate Housewives dvds.

Yes well, he also has Robots, and Beauty Shop so i think that evens it out a bit...

Holy smokes! You folks have more anime on your shelves then my local video stores and many of the local shops that sell DVDs. Do you buy a lot of stuff online?

Actually, all the stuff I got was with years of saving my allowances, not using food money, birthday, Christmas, and debt money (owed to me, that is :P).

If I had a job, I'd have better shelves than the crap I have now. If you take a DVD out the wrong way, the whole thing starts leaning ;_;.

Scrapped Princess vols 1-6 with figure
Grandia 3 with compass
Tales of legendia with artbook

My apologies for the poor resolution of the images, but here is the page my housemate put up about my collection.

And yes, virtually of it is anime (I have about 1 1/2 shelves of live action/non-anime.) Note that the shelving unit on the left in the second image is full of VHS tapes, and that the things on top of the units are art box inserts. The corner of the Ikea of laserdiscs is on the extreme right of the first image. (BTW, I do not have--as my housemate states--200 square feet of manga, but of comics in general.)

Organization (in descending order):

Media (DVD/VHS/LD)
Anime/Non-anime
Non-hentai/hentai

All of the single cases are M-Locks.

This is going to grow with several collections I picked up via the Valentines day sale from ADV, DDD, and picking up ROD TV vol 5 tomorrow at Suncoast.

Wow that is a nice stash for sure . How long have you been collecting and how many do you have wow. I hope mine looks like that some day very nice! 8O
