If we can make money extremely difficult to counterfeit, we should be able to do the same with IRAB.

Here's an interesting link about the pros and cons of such a card. I personally don't see any pros at all in relation to a National ID Card.

In 1986 it was made a point of law that the federal government may never, under any circumstances, maintain any sort of registry of firearms or firearm owners.

However states such as New York and California have such registries in place. They can get away with it where the federal government can't.

Explain that one away.
