No. First, people don't have the right to go to college. Also, currently there are many grants out there for lower income families, along with very cheap loans.
When I went into college, my family was middle class but we "made too much" for me to qualify for enough financial aid. I got a partial scholarship for running because I worked my butt off in high school at that. Every single day after school and I knew it would lead to getting some financial assistance.
I also worked every summer and worked during my semesters at college. I biked and ran to and from work because I couldn't afford a car until my junior year in college.
Happiness and success are not gauranteed in the Constitution. You have the opportunity to pursue it......which means hard work.
