Should I trade my kawasaki zr7s for a Hysoung GT250R?

I have a 2002 kawasaki zr7s and this guy wants to trade me for his 2007 hysoung gt250R. The onlly thing wrong with my bike is the front fairing is missing, it still has the headlight tho. He is offering me his bike and a little bit of money (my discretion). So should I do it, how much money should I ask for on top of the bike? I just want a sportier looking bike, not a naked one. thanks in advance
